Lynch, the 20-year-old Brit hand-selected by J.K. Rowling herself to play the critical role of Luna Lovegood in the last four Harry Potter movies, has been widely lauded for her performance as Lovegood. Even fans of the books who have been less-than-satisfied with the entirety of the film series admit that Lynch was a perfect choice as the quirky and often nonsensical Luna.

Lynch told reporters that she would absolutely love to play the potentially gritty role of Britney Spears in a future biopic, explaining, “She’s complicated, and I just relate to her…Britney is rich and cool and beautiful but has also shown her vulnerable side and had a breakdown in front of the whole world…that takes strength and bravery to do that.”

Lynch also mentioned, and rightfully so, that “career-wise it would be a big departure from Luna.” All of the child actors from the Harry Potter films have greatly desired and often struggled slightly to be believable in roles in films of the Muggle world, if you will.

We do have to admit that, though we initially scoffed at the though, Lynch and Spears do share a resemblance…what do you think?

Ever since the infamous Spears and Madonna kiss went down almost 10 years ago, hearing Britney Spears and Madonna’s names in the same sentence together has spurred controversy.

But lately, rumors have been flying about Spears being enlisted for the lead track on Madonna’s album MDNA entitled, “Girls Gone Wild.”

Ever since a leaked album jacket made it to Britney Spears’ main fansite, Breatheheavy.com, there have been rumors that have been neither confirmed nor denied by Britney nor Madonna’s reps.

Just a Gimmick?

Although there’s no doubt that Madonna and Britney appeal to the same audiences, there is some speculation as to whether they would really do a track together again.

Not long after the smooch that was heard around the world at the 2003 VMA’s, Spears was inspired to get the Queen of Pop on her lead In the Zone single, “Me Against the Music.”

Then, five years later Britney appeared onstage with Madonna at the Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles during a Sticky & Sweet Tour stop. And again, in the same year, Madonna was in Spears’ documentary, “For the Record,” where she spoke very highly of Britney.

So even if these particular rumors are false, it seems that Britney and Madonna’s careers are very intertwined.

As of December, Jason Trawick announced that he and Britney are indeed going to walk down the aisle.

In an official statement by Trawick, he not only confirmed the fact that they are engaged but he also said that they are both “over the moon about it.”

He also told “Access” that he got down on one knee to pop the question and both of Spears’ sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, witnessed the happy proposal.

Later the next morning Spears hinted of the good news in a tweet saying “OMG. Last night Jason surprised me with the one gift I’ve been waiting for. Can’t wait to show you! SO SO SO excited!!!! Xxo”

But according to Us Weekly, Spears had been expecting the engagement and had been waiting for a long time for.

“This is something they’ve both wanted for a long time,” the magazine said. “It’s a way to cement their family. They’re both extremely happy and can’t wait to become man and wife.”

The day after they got engaged, Trawick threw a huge engagement party at the Chocolate Lounge and Sugar factory in the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. He even was classy enough to invite ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Even though Spears’ first two marriages ended up in annulment and divorce, insiders in Spears’ life says that the relationship with Trawick seems healthy and makes her happy.

“He’s chill and cool, which goes well with Britney — she’s the same,” said the director of Britney’s “Criminal” music video. “They have a solid chemistry and a real bond and trust.”

Britney is planning a “traditional Southern-style” wedding to go back to her original Louisiana roots. She is keen to shun a lavish Hollywood wedding and wants a country gathering with her friends and family.

Ideally she wants a traditional wedding with comfort food, surrounded by her family, her two sons and all of her childhood friends.

Hopefully this marriage will be the happily ever after that Britney deserves, but time will tell.

Even for celebrities, 30 years old is a huge milestone. Like the rest of us, most celebs celebrate with a huge bash or at the very least there will be some sort of club appearance.

However, a big birthday party for herself just isn’t Britney’s style. So when her birthday rolled around last week, Britney spent the night ice skating with her boyfriend Jason Trawick in Houston.

Special Birthday Wishes

Although many people celebrate birthdays with their significant other, not many people get personalized birthday shout outs from celebs like Kim Kardashian, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj.

But that’s exactly what Britney got. On Celebuzz, Kim Kardashian said “Happy birthday to the beautiful Miss Britney Spears! Welcome to the 30′s club, Brit! I wish you all the best for this next year and beyond. You’re going to love your 30′s! I love you and hope you have a magical day.”

Lance Bass kiddingly called Britney a grandma and reminisced about how he was there to celebrate Britney’s 18th birthday with her.

Katy Perry even wrote a birthday jingle for Britney entitled “Happy B-day, Brit Brit!” Ryan Seacrest said “7 years and so many frosted tips later, we’re both finally 30!” to which Britney replied that it was now Seacrest’s turn for extensions.

Not only did Britney get birthday wishes from A-list celebrities, but she also got letters, photos and videos posted from her loyal fans honoring her on this special day.

She got to read read and view all these loving wishes with her two sons while lying on her bed.

But the star didn’t get to bask in being 30 for long, on Saturday she was already up and running again for her South American tour. After playing a free show in Mexico City Britney will close her world tour this weekend.

She was in Rio de Janeiro doing her nightly pole dance routine and she decided to put her legs around a boy’s shoulders. Britney immediately regretted this decision once the boy sunk his teeth into her leg.

Although Britney handled it with grace, she reportedly shot a terrified look in the direction of her security team before she continued her routine.

Unsurprisingly, she finished the rest of her dance at a safe distance behind her biting fan. But this is not the first time Britney has been attacked by a fan that is a little too energetic.

In 2009 during her Circus tour one fan leaped onto the stage during her ‘Womanizer’ performance.

The man was completely wasted and approached Britney in the middle of the stage. Needless to say it shocked her and she was screaming and motioning him away.

Luckily for Britney, during that performance her backup dancers and security team quickly threw the 20 year old Kyle King off stage before he caused any more problems. By another stroke of luck, her mic was also turned off because she was only dancing and not singing at that moment.

This meant that the entire audience didn’t notice her fear and the hiccup in the performance was barely noticed by the rest of the crowd. Although Britney took a couple of eight counts to recover herself, she was soon back on key and performing to her best ability.

Even though we might say that celebrities have it easy, most of us wouldn’t be squabbling for a life that left you in constant fear of getting attacked by strangers, much less getting bitten.

This sparked an unsurprising level of excitement about the new video, starring not only Britney, but also her real life boyfriend, Jason Trawick.

The video starts with Britney and a jerky British fiancé heading out. Not only is this fiancé hitting on other girls right in front of Britney, but he then slaps her when she tries to stand up for herself.

At that moment, Jason Trawick, who plays the bad boy with a heart of gold, comes running to her rescue. This then sets off a very steamy love affair.

When they had back to his apartment Britney sees a headline that reveals this knight in shining armor is, you guessed it, a criminal. However, Britney doesn’t seem to mind as she immediately kisses him.

This sets into motion a steamy affair in which fans can see a lot of skin as well as a peek into the couple’s personal life.

Having shared that “moment” together, Britney then seems to have taken on the role as the bad girl and is ready to break into a convenience store with guns blazing and sticking the place up.

After stealing a car for their transportation back to Jason’s loft, Britney and Jason have another revealing scene, this time in the shower.

Very rudely, their time together is interrupted by the authorities who start blasting bullets into the apartment. Don’t worry though, this can’t stop Britney and Jason’s newfound love for each other, they continue sharing passionate kisses as the bullets wiz by them.

Fortunately though, Jason and Britney make it through unscathed and ride off into the sunset on his motorcycle.

One of the most exciting things to happen at the VMAs was Beyonce’s announcement that she and Jay-Z are expecting a new addition to their star-studded family.

But, no one exemplifies the perfect parent better than Britney Spears. Perhaps this is why she decided to give Beyonce some well-deserved parenting tips.

Whether it’s because she’s turning 30 in December and feels like she’s suddenly wiser, or because she’s trying to redeem herself from rumors that she is an irresponsible parent, Britney felt like she had something to share with fellow entertainer, Beyonce.

She told her to “Just embrace it fully. And just to…do whatever you want to do…If you want to take two or three years off…because, you know, they grow so fast, it happens so fast. Just treasure the moments.”

Even if Beyonce doesn’t take well to getting advice that isn’t warranted, Britney hardly overstepped her bounds into the mother in-law territory.

Lately, Britney has said that she’s trying to normalize her usually tabloid-frenzy lifestyle by simply keeping a “good group of people around me.”

She says this has helped her stay grounded and remember what is most important in life; like keeping a consistent routine, and staying fit and healthy.

Having only been four years since Britney’s very public and very tragic meltdown, Britney is working hard to move forward and forget the past.

She’s even been quoted as saying, “I don’t really have anything to prove at this point, so it’s like I just do it for fun and see what happens.”

Even though she still has 35 more shows left on her world tour, Britney seems to have been having a very pleasant few months, and even kept her VMA appearance very tame with only an almost-kiss with Lady Gaga.

Maybe Britney’s parenting advice to Beyonce reveals the fact that Britney is trying to return to her roots so she can cherish what really matters.

Whether it’s a Vegas wedding with a childhood sweetheart that ends in an annulment, or a shotgun wedding that ends with custody violations, Britney has definitely had her fair share of heartache.

However, Britney’s latest fling has held more promise than her boys before. Not only does her agent Jason Trawick seem like a put together guy, but they have been dating now for two years; two years that have been very emotional for Britney.

Is Jason Set to Propose?

According to Perez Hilton, Jason Trawick was recently spotted visiting the Mouawad Jewelry store in LA, supposedly to make a custom ring for the pretty pop star, Britney.

Naturally, this caused quite the stir, with everyone in mixed feelings about Britney taking her third set of wedding vows.

Although there is nothing that screams showbiz like having multiple glamorous weddings paired with multiple disastrous divorces, deep down we know that Britney doesn’t want that.

Just in May of this year Britney said in Harper’s Bazaar that not only does she want to get married again, but she’d even like to have a few more kids.

How could she lay it on more thickly to her long-time boyfriend, Jason?

No Wedding Bells in Her Near Future

However, Britney apparently hasn’t been feeding the flame enough though because Perez Hilton just posted that a representative of Britney Spears has denied all claims that Jason Trawick is planning to propose.

“There is no truth to that report with regards to engagement rings. However, Jason was there to discuss other matters with Pascal, but nothing relating to his personal life,” says her representative.

So either Jason is not interested in getting sloppy thirds, or he’s planning on making it a surprise.

From Swift we hear about past romances, Gaga reminds us we’re all equal, beautiful and important through reminicient stories from her youth, and Katy Perry tells jokes and relates stories about her handsome actor of a husband. Again, all we get from Spears hello’s, thank you’s and good byes. Even Spears’ latest tour has revolved around SWAT teams, spies, and espionage in yet another attempt to guard the performer she could potentially be.

What We do Know

We know that Spears married K-Fed, had two baby boys, shaved her head, and is now dating her agent/producer, but what emotional changes did the start go through since her days in school girl outfits and the movie “Cross roads”? Even Spears’ songs reveal little about her personal life. Yes, she’s producing hot dance music that’s become must haves on the club scene, but what do threesomes, paradise, and “wanting your body” have to do with the real Spears?

Is Spears Going to Last?

In a day and age where the public are obsessed with reality TV, memoirs, and youtube interviews, a star is going to have to reveal a little more than some skin to sell tickets, books, clothing, or movies. The public wants to be able to relate to the celebrities they’re worshipping and feel some human connection with their pop-star heroes.

The real question now is whether or not this 29 year old will be able to carry on behind her costume changes if she’s not selling out venues. Word has it, more people came to see Brit’s opener “Niki Minaj” than actually stayed for the Spears show.

The band members- Neil Zumwalde (of ZibraZibra), Micah Mackert (Moonstone), Leo Vondracek (Hot Freaks, The Golden Bubbles), and Cody Brown (Hot Freaks) met with the A. V. Club for an interview before one of their shows.

Each of the band members feels like they have a personal relationship with Brittney, although none of them have met her, or even talked to her.
